After his big victory last night, the 36 year old champion has talked about his future – including questions of retirement.
Last night Carl Froch defended his IBF and WBA Super-Middleweight Championships against rival George Groves in what had been dubbed ‘the biggest British fight of the post-war era.’ Today he has been talking about his future.
‘The Cobra’ has addressed the possibility of retirement, telling BBC Radio 5 Live that “I could have three or four more fights – but If I decide after I’ve been on holiday I’ve had enough, don’t be surprised.” Although he did say that “If I bowed out now I could say that was my finest hour, my finest right hand.”
